EXTERIOR SERVICES

Exterior services performed two times per month, however if needed, more visits may be arranged at an additional cost.

We'll check your property for its curb appeal, security and safety.

• Visual check of all windows, doors and garages for security
• Visual check of all storm doors for wind damage
• Visual check for loose and damaged siding
• Visual check for loose and damaged roofing
• Visual check for any signs of vandalism
• Visual check of gutters and downspouts
• Visual check for damage caused by trees or limbs
• Visual check of decks and patios
• Visual check for any pest problems
• Check outdoor faucets/hose bibs for leaks
• Check for any debris, papers, circulars, etc. that have blown onto property
• Check storage sheds and verify they are closed and secure
• Remove any junk mail and newspapers
• Remove any door hangers and fliers
• Check for loose and disconnected cable and electrical wiring

Check list and date stamped photo will be e-mailed at each inspection. Client will be contacted immediately if any problem situations are discovered.
