INTERIOR SERVICES

Interior services performed two times per month, however if needed, more visits may be arranged at an additional cost.

• Visual check of interior of all rooms
• Verify power is on within the home
• Visual check for signs of rodent or pest infestation
• Visual check for signs of mold
• Flush toilets to eliminate stagnant water and verify toilet function
• Run faucets to avoid dry traps and eliminate stagnant water in lines
• Check under faucets in kitchen and bathrooms for any signs of leaks or mold
• Check refrigerator/freezer are operational, or if off check for signs of mold/mildew
• Check hot water heater for any signs of leaks
• Check ceilings for any obvious signs of roof leaks or water staining
• Verify that alarm systems are operational
• Visual check of garage and storage rooms

Check list and date stamped photo will be e-mailed at each inspection. Client will be contacted immediately if any problem situations are discovered.
